REYNA VAZQUEZ + ICED SOY VANILLA LATTE
Reyna Vazquez is chef and founder of Veracruz All Natural. She grew up helping her mother in their family restaurant near the beautiful Veracruzana beach. Starting at a very young age, Reyna learned the ins and outs of the kitchen from her grandmother and mother, and she has loved cooking ever since. Reyna enjoys being creative with her recipes and continually tries to do new things in the kitchen. In addition to her creativity, she is passionate about using both organic and fresh ingredients.
In 2006 she opened her first trailer on Cesar Chavez selling snow cones, juices and smoothies. Two years later she decided to throw herself completely into her business and opened Veracruz All Natural with her sister and business partner Maritza.
Veracruz All Natural has been featured by Texas Monthly, Bon Appétit, Rolling Stone, Discovery Channel, The Food Network, Rachael Ray, and recently Alton Brown deemed their migas taco “the best taco I’ve ever had.”
Today, Veracruz All Natural includes two truck locations, a brick and mortar in Round Rock, and in October reached its business goal of opening a brick and mortar in Austin. Reyna hasn’t ruled out future growth but after ten years of hard work establishing her business, she is interested in personal goals and spending more time with family and friends.
When not at work Reyna enjoys running (completing two marathons), soccer, walking her dog, salsa dancing, organizing events with friends and family, and watching movies with her husband.

Growing up coffee time with my grandmother was very important and I have great memories of drinking coffee with her and my mother.
DO YOU MAKE COFFEE AT HOME? IF SO, HOW DO YOU PREPARE IT?
Yes, old school with a percolator. I have it just black.
WHAT WAS THE CRITERIA FOR CHOOSING YOUR PLAYLIST?
Music that relaxes you but I can sing along to also something that I can dance to and has a good beat.

Add Double Espresso to 1.5 Ounces of Vanilla Syrup and 8 Ounces of Soy Milk
Total Drink Volume: 16 ounces
At our shop we call this drink "The Reyna". Her sister prefers it hot, not iced, so we call that version "The Maritza".
